Everything from 1980’s
This category include trips in the 1980’s, more precisely from 1985 through 1989. The category works in combination with the travelogue category. Seek them out in the Destinations menu.
I went abroad also a few times in the 1970’s and the first half of the 1980’s. But it was not before my first major trip in 1985 that my travels took up speed. It went to East Asia and lasted for almost six months, still my longest journey ever.
Travel back in time with Sandalsand. Cut straight to all journeys from the 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s, 2010’s, 2015’s and 2020’s.
The publishing dates on all travelogues correspond to the date of the actual trip or day of visit. This usually means that the publishing date is not correct. Also, this means that my oldest trips follow at the bottom of all lists. They are in a reverse chronological order, from the newest to the oldest.
