Everything from Bolivia

Bolivia is a landlocked country in South America, bordered by Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. It features striking geography, from the Andes Mountains and Altiplano plateau to Amazonian rainforests and vast salt flats. Once part of the Inca Empire, Bolivia was colonised by Spain in the 16th century and gained independence in 1825.

Today, it has a population of about 12 million. Bolivia recognises multiple official languages, reflecting its rich indigenous heritage. The country has two capitals: Sucre, the constitutional capital, and La Paz, the administrative and government center. Bolivia’s economy relies on natural gas, mining, and agriculture, while its cultural traditions remain vibrant, seen in festivals, music, and crafts. Landmarks like Salar de Uyuni and Lake Titicaca highlight its natural beauty.
