These images are from the north-eastern municipality of Enontekis (Enontekiö) on a road trip from and back into northern Norway.

The capital of Finland greeted us with lovely spring weather offering a perfect setting for several walks around the beautiful city centre, as well as a boat trip to a World Heritage Site.

Finland, officially the Republic of Finland, is a Nordic country and a member state of the European Union in Northern Europe. It shares land borders with Sweden to the west, Russia to the east, Norway to the north. The Gulf of Bothnia is to the west, and the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea across Estonia to the south.
