This video is from the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh. It serves as the residence of the King of Cambodia and is a magnificent palace.
According to Wikipedia, the Royal Palace of Cambodia is a complex of buildings. It has been occupied by the Cambodian monarchs since it was built in the 1860s. However, there was a period of absence when the country came into turmoil during and after the reign of the Khmer Rouge.
King Norodom constructed the palace between 1866 and 1870 and relocated the royal capital here from Oudong. The palace faces approximately East and sits on the Western bank of the cross division of the Tonle Sap River and the Mekong River.
