Everything from 2000’s
This category include trips in the 2000’s, more precisely from 2000 through 2009. The category works in combination with the travelogue category. Seek them out in the Destinations menu. Posts with photo galleries from these years are also included in this category. World Heritage Sites are included if the first visit to it was during this decade, irrespective of it being a world heritage or not at the time.
This decade started out with more family trips to European destinations. In addition, the children grew older and were able to follow me. Some of the trips were football weekends in major European cities, other trips were overseas to exotic destinations. The 2000’s ended with my first major solo trip for more than twenty years. The next decade would see many more.
Travel back in time with Sandalsand. Cut straight to all journeys from the 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s, 2010’s, 2015’s and 2020’s.
