Consider the following statement by the famous TV personality. My hope is that my pictures will add to your inspiration of wanting to travel to see for yourself – and discover with your own eyes.
The question is, are we happy to suppose that our grandchildren may never be able to see an elephant except in a picture book? (David Attenborough)
I interpret his words as a call to see with my own eyes what the world is about. Mr Attenborough was however probably more concerned about the state of wildlife in general, and the threat of extinction that many species are facing. I could agree with that interpretation and concern as well.
